The Moving Flock of Seagulls

The Project
CHOCOL'ART was an exhibition in Newcastle, Australia (2024) to launch a dedicated space to create and share industry skills to future talent in groundbreaking moving chocolate art installations that push the boundaries of culinary artistry.
The exhibition showcased a giant chocolate sea eagle sculpture with a two metre wingspan suspended from the ceiling with a fish in it’s talons. It was accompanied by an interactive moving chocolate art installation featuring seven suspended chocolate seagulls with one metre wingspans.
