The Project

The Skills Collider team once again pushed the boundaries of culinary artistry with their latest chocolate sculpture project. This time, the team has created a stunning replica of the iconic armour featured in the Gladiator movies, crafted entirely from 60kg of Callebaut Chocolate supplied by Callebaut Australia.

Commissioned by Mayer Fine Foods, this extraordinary creation for a collaboration between Paramount Australia and Oliver Brown to promote the release of their emperor's collection of products, coinciding with the highly anticipated release of Gladiator II.

The project, which took over 100 hours to complete, showcases the remarkable skills and dedication of the core team and their collaborators. Additional skilled traders who contributed to the project include Johanna Gray, India Pryer, Alexander Karbowiak, and Lennert DeVisser.
